Do not drill into or cut the frame to access a balance without knowing the fastener pattern, as PGT’s vinyl wall sections vary by year and a misplaced hole compromises structural integrity.

IGU replacement requires a clean-room environment and proper spacer bar desiccant handling; a homeowner-installed IGU will fog within two years.
